Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of item receipt.
Items must be in unused, brand new condition, with all tags. We must receive the package within 10 days of return request. (USPS, UPS and FedEx are all good shipping options).

NOTE: When re-packaging your bag, you may re-use the same paper and box the bag arrived to you in. Once we received your return, we will refund, less non-refundable shipping charges.

Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of item receipt.
Please carefully repackage your entirely unused bag and ship to:

Be sure to include something inside your package with your name so we can find your order. Please let us know the style you would like so we can get it back to you once the one you have returned arrives back to us.

GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
