        Shipping policy

        When will my order ship and how can I track it?
        Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of orders.
        When your bag ships, we will email your tracking number so you know when to expect delivery. 

        If you do not receive the shipping confirmation and tracking number, please contact us at support@cheriparkerdesign.com and we will send it to you asap.

        What are my shipping options?
        We offer free shipping orders over $50.00 shipped within the United States.
        If you require expedited service in addition to the free shipping, please contact us at support@cheriparkerdesign.com
        Orders under $50.00, will be calculated at checkout and you will be provided with the best shipping options to suit your needs.
         
        Do you ship Internationally?
        We do offer International shipping.
        Shipping times are between 7-21 days and there may be additional time in customs.
        International shipping rate options are available at checkout.
        We recommend DHL, however we do offer other options.

        What about lost, stolen, unclaimed or undeliverable packages?
        We do not refund for lost, stolen, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
        If there is an issue with your delivery and if the issue is covered by insurance, we will help facilitate any applicable refund provided by the insurance coverage.
